St. Mary’s Church and MU Branch held a Flower Festival with the title ‘Seasons of the Church’s Year’ from Friday 23rd June until Sunday 25th. We had some beautiful and very original flower displays throughout the church with a written explanation beside each of them. 

As the photograph shows our MU display consisted of two mirror imaged displays representing bookends with our blue MU Service Books between, surrounded by MU Literature, photographs and a display board each side one looking back over the years and the other looking forward.

 Locals and visitors ended their visit with tea and cakes and enjoyed fellowship together.

 We celebrated on the Sunday morning with a Sung Eucharist Service.

 A very busy but happy and satisfying 3 days.
