A small group from the diocese went out to visit Northern Argentina. It is one of the diocese’s links and the Bishop’s Harvest Appeal is supporting the training of indigenous leaders and pastors. We had met Dani and his wife in Penrith, Jan 24 and learnt about AMARE, the N Argentinian Mothers’ Union
We learnt that it would be Mothers Day while the group were visiting so we collected hearts, crosses in pockets and put them in little bags with greetings in English and Spanish. We also collected pencils, crayons etc for the children
